extend CompressionError with From<ReadError>

A read of std/binary that ran out of compressed bytes. Only DEFLATE reads bits, so bits that are missing are a stream that ends in the middle of a block, at the end of the input: the byte the missing bits start in plus the whole bytes that were left. The gzip header and trailer name what they were reading themselves.
